Tracy is a dynamo in the classroom, spreading her enthusiasm for whichever subject she is teaching, whether it is a simple introduction to the wines of Germany, or a detailed discussion of academic andragogy. This enthusiasm is backed up by deep expertise, which makes her an authority. But she uses this authority effectively as a guide to support learning, without ever being intimidating. She does all of this with bubbly good humour, and always is a pleasure to watch.
