Tracy is one of the most knowledgeable people that I have come across when it comes to wine. She carries out her duties in a very professional, yet friendly manner, making it a joy to work with her on any project. She ensured that nothing fell through the cracks on any of the projects that we worked on together, and made it extremely easy for me to ease back into work after three months off.
