Tracy has a wonderful approach to teaching about wine. I have taken her classes in different settings in New York as well as at their education center in the North Fork. Her Vine to Wine course was informative, comprehensive and interesting. I loved the Champagne course as did two friends that came with me to that class. Her approach is friendly, organized and insightful. I remember much of what she taught and enjoyed the wines that were selected for the tasting.
